Our New Name
Our commitment is to go beyond our role as simply a stock transfer agent. You may have known us as Illinois Stock Transfer Company, a business that has been in existence for almost 100 years, but that name does not do justice to our broad geography or the growing focus of our business.
So we are now known as IST Shareholder Services. It's a name that suits our business, our people, and our dedication to stockholders. We are a group of specialists - each trained and dedicated to meet the specific needs of your stockholders and you.

At IST we set the needs and interests of the shareholders as our top priority. Having a knowledgeable person available every workday to answer questions and solve problems. Executing the business in a professional yet friendly manner that reflects well on our clients.
It's this extra level of care that we provide that sets us apart. Our services include issuing and transferring certificates for common, preferred, warrant issues, and bonds. We disburse dividends and offer dividend reinvestment plans. IST offers internet and telephone proxy voting, and other shareholder communications. Check the Services page for a complete list.
